Browse and choose
Explore the current range of Gold and Diamond numbers. Not seeing one you like? Tap "show other numbers" for a fresh handful — the range refreshes as numbers are ported and new ones are recovered from the carrier pool.

Reserve it with your details
Tell us your name, contact number, email and which provider you're porting away from. This is the same information any carrier requires to process a port — we're just collecting it up front.

Pay the one-off fee by bank transfer
Gold numbers are a flat $149, Diamond numbers $349 — a one-off activation and porting fee, not a subscription. Transfer it using the reference shown at checkout so we can match your payment straight away.

A specialist calls to verify and lodge the port
Once your transfer clears, we call the number you gave us — usually within one business day — to confirm your identity and lodge the port request with your current provider on your behalf.

Your number goes live
Most ports complete within one to three business days, depending on your outgoing carrier. Your existing SIM or eSIM stays put — only the number changes.
Porting doesn't require a new phone, a new SIM in most cases, or a new
contract. You're moving the number you've chosen onto the service you already
have.
