What's the difference between a Gold and a Diamond number?
Gold numbers carry a clear, deliberate pattern — a three-digit block repeated elsewhere in the number, or a number built from a small, tightly limited set of digits. Diamond numbers are rarer again: an exact repeated block built from three digits or fewer, or a number using only two digits from end to end. Every number is checked against the same fixed rules before it's listed, not graded by feel.
Do I need to change carrier to get one of these numbers?
No. Porting moves the number onto whichever carrier and plan you're already on (or about to sign up for) — it doesn't require you to switch providers beyond your own choice.
Why is payment only by bank transfer?
Because these are one-off activation and porting fees rather than a recurring subscription, we keep payment simple: a single direct transfer, matched to your order by the reference code shown at checkout. No card details are stored or collected on this site.
How long does porting take?
Once your transfer clears and we've verified your details by phone, most ports complete within one to three business days, depending on your outgoing provider. Some carriers move faster than others.
Why do you need to call me?
Verifying your identity by phone is a standard requirement for any number port in Australia — it's there to stop numbers being ported without the account holder's knowledge, and we don't skip it.
Is this a genuine, ACMA-numbered mobile service?
Yes. Every number listed is a real Australian mobile number drawn from the standard carrier numbering pool — not a virtual number, redirect, or VoIP-only line.
Can I keep my current phone and SIM?
In almost all cases, yes. Porting swaps which number is attached to your existing SIM or eSIM — you generally don't need a new handset or a new physical SIM.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Contact us before the port is lodged with your carrier and we'll refund the activation fee in full. Once a port has been lodged, the fee covers the work already done with the carrier and isn't refundable — this is outlined again at checkout before you transfer.
Do the numbers shown on the browse page change?
Yes — "show other numbers" pulls a fresh, random handful from the current range each time, weighted toward Gold with a smaller number of Diamond numbers mixed in. Once a number is ported to a customer, it's removed from the range for good.
